"Xray Department at MIU Centre"

I went there today for two xrays. The receptionist as you enter was very nice and helpful. The clinic receptionist in the xray department was sullen,curt and had no interest in listening to you. I would like to think that this person will be reminded that working in the NHS requires you to treat people with dignity and respect. A smile goes a long way.

I would like to say that all my previous encounters with the MIU Centre have been excellent.
