"Great Service"

Given the current media bashing of GPs, I wanted to comment on how good the service provided by our practice is.

The booking system means that you can either be seen on the day (it is not unreasonable to wait to be seen - most I have ever waited has been an hour), or book an appointment in advance.

I have always found that my requests to be seen first ting int he morning before I go to work have been accommodated and think that booking a week in advance for this (it is routine, not urgent) is great service.

The staff themselves (I am regularly in contact with the GPs, phlebotomist and admin staff) are always helpful, friendly and professional. The service from the GPs is impressive; they give clear explanations and following my daughters recent visit, checked in with a follow up phone call two days later.
