"Clinical negligence."

About: Conquest Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited a@e on Friday 12th august 2017 following eye injury and told I needed to be seen urgently by eye department and would receive a telephone call in next 48 hours. This has not happened. A@e adamant the referral went through. I have tried to contact eye department without success and still no phone call to be seen now Tuesday 15th. Suffering eye pain and constant headache, I have simply been left. I regard this as clinical negligence and will be or am making a formal complaint.
