I attended for a straightforward scan of my jaw prior to having dental implant treatment at my dentists. I was massively overcharged, with my card being charged several months after the scan, when I was not present. When I rang the head office to say there must have been a mistake I was spoken to so rudely that it bordered on abuse.
It took 6 months and a threat of county court action to get a refund. I did not receive an adequate apology and when I asked for compensation for the upset, my time taken to resolve this, phone calls, postage costs and loss of interest on my money it was flatly refused. I would never use this company again and I have read similar reviews that suggest their main concern is getting hold of your money.
