"Having moles and skin tags removed"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I visited the ambulatory care at Forth Valley Royal hospital today where Kirsteen removed two moles and 5 skin tags from my neck. Nurse Susan also assisted her and their professionalism was fantastic, they made sure I was who I was meant to be, checking my date of birth first then advising me of the procedure before proceeding to do the procedure. They advised what will happen to the wound and not to get it wet for 24hrs. Kirsteen also advised me of my results of my last visit where I had a cyst removed from under my arm, it was a cyst and it wasn't malignant. Both Kirsteen and Susan are very efficient and do a fantastic job! ! Made me feel at ease and relaxed while having these procedures completed. Thank you so much! !

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback. I have shared this with our minor ops team who are all delighted. It is nice to hear that your experience has been a positive one at what can be an anxious time.

I hope your wounds are healing well.

Thanks again.
