"Go somewhere else if you can"

Appalling "service", appointments have been canceled so many thies im ready to just give this up and go somewhere else! Promises are made on my treatment and NONE have been kept! No support out of appointments (when the actually keep them!).

We were very sorry to read about your experience of our services at New Park House. We know that for a number of people appointments have needed to be cancelled and re-scheduled, this is due to long term sickness of staff.

We understand that this is distressing to people using our services and try to avoid it wherever possible.

We have recently appointed an Admin Team Leader who is reviewing our appointments booking process and this work will help to minimise the impact that staff sickness has on people whose appointments need to be rescheduled.

We were also disappointed to see that your expectations for your treatment and support outside of your appointments were not fulfilled.
