Brought mum here with a temperature of over 38.7,was seen straight away, ended up in ITU for a few days, was told that mum had biliary sepsis, after couple of days went to ward 10 for 8 weeks as mum kept getting chest infections & told she has pancreatitis as well. The doctor's and nurse's was exceptional.,the nurse's was friendly, cheerful, always popping in to see if she was ok or wanted anything, even the visitors could be cheered up by the lovely nurse's,mum is in a wheelchair which they got her out of bed most day's to sit in wheelchair for a few hour's a day,she spent 9 weeks here all together & really loved it,she could even watch free tv & listen to music as well so she wouldn't get bored, even visitor's who came to see her her,mum came home for couple of weeks then got chesty again & paramedics wouldn't take her to pembury so the took her to
PRUH hospital Farnborough, the nurses are ok but not like Pembury, the weekend kitchen staff are very rude, bad mannered, the frozen food is not always hot, when mum comes home & gets ill again im going to make sure she goes back to Pembury where she's looked after.
Thank you so much ward 10 for looking after & caring for mum 😊 xx
"Very friendly & caring staff"
