Brilliant service I received, thank you -

I had an appointment at colposcopy outpatient in Southmead hospital today and I would like to thank my consultant for their caring and friendly attitude. The consultant was calm and so I never felt rushed, always willing to explain any queries thoroughly. This is much appreciated and this reassures me I am in very good hands.

The consultant's professionalism was further enhanced by having a team of impressive nurses and frontline staff, e.g. The new reception / admin who served me, cheery and hardworking, good at communicating and so helpful which is essential. This reception/ admin staff impressed me furthermore when they found out i have waited out for half an hour after my appointment because I did not have my phone and cannot remember any of my family's phone number and therefore I could not find out where my husband was at the car park, what a saga and despair. I didn't expect them to help me as this would be outside their work and duty, however this member of staff was so kind, smart and prompt, and in no time my husband was there in person to meet me. So thank you again.
