"Treatment for rectal cancer"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

It was a shock to be told I had rectal cancer 6 weeks ago.

From my first meeting with hospital staff to my discharge following an operation last week I found the staff to be amazing and can't thank them enough.

The nurses are just wonderful as a very independent man who found himself in a high care until unable to even wash himself they treated my with dignity and respect.

Thank you V much.

Derek
