"I liked the fact that the A&E staff were..."

What I liked

I liked the fact that the A&E staff were very professional, and patient with me. They explained everyhting that was going on, and kept me calm when the pain got too intense.

What could be improved

Communication between th doctors that have treated me over the last 3 years with this problem. I feel that no-one actually bothers to listen to the problem except A&E, who unfortunaely aren't allowed to push it on my behalf.

Anything else?

A big thanks to anyone who has dealt with me in A&E. Also to the nurses in orthopaedics who are trying their best to help me.
