"30 weeks later and I am still waiting for my results"

Had usual yearly blood test taken for cancer markers in April 2010. Takes 10 weeks for results. Find out 10 weeks later lost in transit. To shorten this episode I had them done another 2 times. Each time they were sent to wrong place or lost. Phoned consultant who told me to phone hospital myself as they were getting no where.

I had to go to pals to get it sorted. Manager apologised and took blood tests again saying they went in the incorrect bottles.

Over 30 weeks later I am awaiting the results for cancer, an apology by the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital is not good enough. I had cancer and am high risk. In my opinion this is very worrying.
