"Rude staff"

I go in dam house every other Monday to get my baby weighted and the person on the reception is extremely rude.

On my first visit they welcomed me by saying 'yes'. They didn't explain what I needed to do and when I asked they they were very aggressive towards me.

This person needs training in customer service.

The second time I went the receptionist wasn't there and the person who was weighting the babies was calling people in,once again they were very rude and aggressive.

They put a sign up which no one could see and when they came out they said to me can't you not read the a sign there.

They were calling the NHS by saying once again the no staff.

Overall a very bad experience
