About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I walked into A and E early on a Sunday morning around 7am.

I was called right away and dealt with by a nurse who helped me to feel at ease and explained everything she was doing.

After moving to Assessment I was dealt with by another very pleasant nurse and then passed on to a Nurse Practitioner who was excellent in her manner and explanations and I felt very calm and at ease although in pain.
