Had to go to the Cumberland centre with my husband he had a ring embedded in his finger the HCA was absolutely brilliant it took ages to cut the ring off his finger but the HCA still stayed so really lovely all the other staff that also came in to give advice were all fabulous thank you so much for specially the HCA you're a star
