Let me start by saying the neuro consultant and medical support team were outstanding at every level, The Spire on the other hand were appalling , as a self funding patient I needed to be sure precisely the medical procedure plus associated cost - my consultant explained all in detail - great and that the cost was approx £8000 , my quotation was actually £15000 an unbelievable difference , after a further scan and consultation this was verbally reduced to £13172 for in effect half the original operation ,I agreed and duly paid after verbally confirming this was the final total cost, I then received a further invoice for £363 which they would not accept as being part of the procedure - I find The Spire to have no pricing structures, you have been warned.
