I would really like to thank all of the staff that I had contact with yesterday when my heart went into atrial fibrillation , but specifically one member who has looked after me on these occasions in the past.

This was the ninth cardio-version that I have had but I go to the Hospital in the knowledge that I am in the care of a consultant who has never let me down for immediate treatment and resolution to the problem. They are still a very enthused individual after many years of service and puts me at ease with their inter personal skills and knowledge in this field.

I really fear the day that they retire and know that the Cardio team will not be the same without them.

Thank you again for the 1st class treatment yesterday.

I am so pleased to read that you had a very positive patient experience; especially as you have had several admissions for the same condition. It is good to know that you were put at ease, as I appreciate that your heart had gone into atrial fibrillation.
