"Careless"

I have found this clinic to be disorganised and uninformed I attended my first antenatal appointment back in June. unfortunately miscarried a week later.now is October and they are ringing me to arrange appointments for scans and sending me appointment letters. This is very upsetting and I'm disgusted. I had even contacted them after my D&C to inform them that I had miscarried but this is still happened I don't understand how they could do this to somebody.

I would like to start by saying I am so sorry to hear about your loss, I know this is probably a very difficult time for you. I am so sorry that the Department contacted you to arrange further scans even after you informed them what had happened. I will be speaking to the manager of service to try to prevent this from happening to other women. Once again, I am so sorry.
