"Check up gone wrong"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

Went for my block d test standard check up a MAU only to be confused with another poor patient who had lost her baby got hurried to the breavement suit and had a rush of nurses starrring at me I kept trying to explain my baby was fine and that I'm only here for a check up and to then be told oh so sorry your name we thought you were someone else. I feel sorry for the poor woman who was supposed to be in the suit room as I hated being started at with this awkward silence and to be asked if I was ok constantly.

Awful services very distressing
