They are always short of staff! I missed trip out to Workbridge as a result of no staffing.

Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry to hear that due to staffing levels you were not able to go to Workbridge. This is a matter we take seriously and will review why this occurred to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. We have been focusing significant efforts on the recruitment of Health Care Assistants and Nurses to ensure we have the right people in post and correct staffing levels on the wards which will assist in reducing the likelihood of such events happening again.
