I had a Pre-Op at Horton Treatment Centre in Banbury regarding a replacement knee, Emma the Pre-Op nurse was brilliant, I was feeling a little nervous but Emma made me feel at ease, everything was explained to me what was going to happen before the operation and after, I could ask questions whenever I liked. The Pre-Op went smoothly. Emma was brilliant, 5 star.
