"Excellent from start to finish"

My whole experience from start to discharge has been excellent.

No wonder this hospital earns 'Outstanding' ratings.

I would like to thank all the staff I encountered and those in the background that I didn't.

There must be a well thought out system for managing patients underpinning all that you do for breast clinic patients.

And the level of cleanliness is everywhere apparent.

But the greatest thanks go to all those who smiled, which was everybody.

Thank you to all the pleasant receptionists, the careful nurses, the competent radiographers, the confident surgery and recovery teams, and for the superb understanding of the Breast Clinic Consultant.

They were wonderful.
