What I liked

The hospital is small, clean an efficient.

Diametric opposite of Derriford.

Staff are not just curtious, but friendly. Waiting times are minimal and in the physio department which I have now visited twice, they diagnosed the problem perfectly in 10 mins, offered practical, helpful advice on how to aleviate it and showed a genuine interest in following up to ensure this worked.

What could be improved

Nothing really. The seating in the physio department is pretty uncomfortable for someone with a back problem, but I doubt they are given the budgets to deal with this.
