"A credit to the NHS"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as the patient),

Staff were very friendly and professional. A credit to the NHS.

Meals were reasonable. Mixed wards although necessary are disconcerting for some.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear warmws37,

Yes, ideally there would not mixed wards and we do try avoid this as much as possible.

I hope it was not too difficult for you and you are better now. Thank you for your post and your kind words, I will make sure the team see them too.

Best wishes

Eunice
