"II was a a very nervous disbaled patient..."

What I liked

II was a a very nervous disbaled patient but the dentist who did my extractions was an absolute gem. He treated me with respect, kept me informed of what he was doing at all times, kept instruments out of my sight line and encouraged me all the time. Well done

What could be improved

Clarity when calling patients through. Be good if you could see the same dentist if you required it for continuing treatment.

Your comments have been forwarded to the Associate Director to share with staff responsible for calling patients through to their appointments. It is difficult to offer patients who attend the walk-in service at the Dental Hospital continuity of clinician, as the service is available for patients who have an urgent need to see a dentist and have been unable to get an appointment with their usual general dental practitioner on the same day. I am sorry if this spoiled your experience in any way.
