Today I visited Whipps Cross Urology Outpatients department, and I would like to express my extreme satisfaction with the attitudes and efficiency of all of your staff, but in particular the Urology Consultant who examined me and gave me advice.
I was most impressed by their professionalism, integrity, sensible advice, and personal manner which put me totally at ease.
