"So lucky to have places like Stanmore"

I have been to Stanmore 4 times now, the first time I was given a counter to give to the best member of staff i came into contact with, sadly this has now ceased, maybe because the decision was so hard, I was met with nothing but professionalism, kindness and curtesy by every member of staff at the hospital, and I cannot express how impressed I was with all the hospital personnel , nothing waste much for them to do for me and I was shown kindness and consideration at every point in my visit. I wish all institutions had the same ethos. If the country, or even the world could get on as well as the multicultural society working at Stanmore then life would be so much better, well done and thank you
