"Well cared for"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Recently I had occasion to go to The St John's House Surgery because of pressure in my chest. After tests were carried out I was transferred by ambulance to the A&E Department of Worcester Royal Infirmary.

The treatment I received from ALL the staff involved - nurses, doctors, paramedics and ancillary staff - was exceptional.

Despite the fact that the A&E Department was VERY busy, the staff were not only thorough & efficient but also extremely kind and considerate.

I felt very well cared for and in very good safe hands.

My sincere thanks to all concerned.
