"Extremely friendly staff with a very obvious..."

I headed to the Frimley Park A&E department this morning at 715 to get a sprained thumb looked at. The staff that I met from the receptionist who checked me in, the cleaner, nurses, radiologist and Dr were all happy, smiley and friendly, and all came across as being helpful and caring. Despite it only being a sprained thumb the staff were all extremely caring and spent as much time as they could trying to workout what the damage was. I don't think my experience could have been any better.
