Upon arriving, nerves were calmed with the each professional we were approached by. They explained their roles and what would happen next. The theatre staff introduced themselves in a comforting yet professional manner. The operation, aftercare and lead up to this point have been nothing less than brilliant. Despite being incredibly busy, all involved at all levels were compassionate, professional, informative and friendly. I feel they are what make the NHS brilliant.

I truly owe them great thanks for all they did for us.
