"Poor experience"

About: The Whittington Hospital / Maternity care

I am 39 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I had been referred to come into the maternity day unit for two reasons one being the reduce fetal movement.

On entry I was told to sit and wait in the waiting area. 3 hours later I asked for progress and the midwife says they are alone so I have to sit and wait. And that it's based on priority.

The staff were rude to me hardly kept me updated on anything and it's really sad. I am regretting coming to this hospital and I am scared to even deliver here.
