"Treated excellently for 2 years"

About: Christchurch Hospital / Dermatology

I got diagnosed with Melanoma 2 years ago from a mole on my ear and since have been paying regular visits to Christchurch hospital for check ups. The doctor has always looked after my best interests since the first consultancy. The doctor ensured that I had all the necessary scans and arranged for me to see a surgeon in Southampton for my operation. I felt extremely looked after and the nurses and doctors have all been very reassuring when I was a little anxious at times.

Great support mechanisms in place and a very well run hospital from what I have seen.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our Dermatology unit. It is always encouraging to hear when a patient has had consistently good treatment over a prolonged period.
