"Splendid care"

I attended the hospital twice - firstly a Sunday consultation with kindly and charming Consultant followed three weeks later (again on a Sunday) for skin surgery. On each visit I was impressed in my contact with everyone concerned from the Outpatients reception to the Nurses and the Medical Staff. Such care, kindness and professionalism resulted in my natural anxieties being alleviated. Like the rest of the community I've often heard adverse reports about "The Alex" so I attended initially with some concerns but these were soon banished and I quickly became most impressed. I simply could not have received better care. I sincerely hope my compliments and sincere thanks and appreciation will be passed on to all concerned. I suspect any "brickbats" are passed on so please let them know how very much their care is appreciated.
