"The attitude of some staff is absolutely..."

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Came across a member of security who had an absolutely disgusting attitude. Had a door slammed in our faces & were spoken to absolutely disgustingly! The member of staff was really nasty & offensive & unfortunately I didn’t catch their name or else I’d be writing a formal complaint! I hope I never have to end up in this hospital for any reason!

I am really shocked and disappointed to hear this. We generally get feedback based on how kind and courteous the team are so I am really sorry that you felt that was not the case during your visit. We are generally a really nice bunch and I hope that we have the opportunity to change your opinion at some point in the future.
