"Hip replacement fractured femur"

About: Royal Gwent Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I stepped back in the garden small fall landed on my left side earlier this year.

I thought that hurt, went in made a cup of tea. Called 111, thinking no emergency,

This was 4 PM, ambulance arrived at midnight, told off for not calling 999

Into hospital operation, new hip joint new spike, wired up fracture, 14 days later go home, all seemed well, now I find pain in the leg fracture site pain in the hip, can't use the left leg to go first upstairs very painful to walk uphill, having physio at Chepstow,

No improvement so far, what to do now,
