"what actually happened"

About: Hallam Street Hospital

I was told by the trust that I was never subject to polypharmacy when I have evidence in the form of crisis/home team discharge letters that I was. I was told that there was a admin error over my name as reason for not replying to my email complaints, when my emails prove that I gave them my full name from the start. I have Zero confidence anything will be done about this. I know you will not publish this. But I wish to place it where it should be: in the public domain, because it is very much in the public interest.
