"Rude staff and make false promises"

the walk in center staff made a false promise to me. They said "you will be seen in one hour to one hour and a half" we've waited for almost 2 hours. The staff member then began to be rude and stated mentioning that I was giving attitude and spoke to me in a patronising tone. I extremely do not reccomend this walk in center because of false promises and patronising staff. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and unhappy. Terrible feeling. Also, when people were coming into the walk in center the staff started engaging in a conversation asking them "what's the problem" even though they "cannot be seen". Also they leave their phone ringtone very loud which is very disturbing and unprofessional. Overall unprofessional staff.
