About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary General Practices in Grampian

(as the patient),

I have 3 Positive Lyme Disease Test's from 3 different Lab's

GP in my local practice does nothing to help.

I've been waiting to see someone within ARI for Lyme Disease.

I have been Chronically ill since December last year when I had my 2nd Stroke.

I got an appointment through from ARI today I have been waiting to be seen Since my Neurologist made the request when it was accepted I had Lyme Disease.

Sorry, too little too Late. I have spent a fortune on BUPA with the same specialists in ARI now my kidneys are failing due to Lyme Disease. I think ARI,  and GP's in general, are not aware of how debilitating this disease is and its RIFE in Aberdeenshire.

So I'll Pass on you late comings of help thanks.

I'll go where all the chronically sick & ill people go and that's Germany!!

Bye to my children college fund and 1st car. I feel robbed of my right to have a GP.

Thank for posting your story on Care Opinion, however I am sorry to read about your recent experience of care from your GP and services within NHS Grampian.

I understand that you feel you’re not being listened to by some of the people and services that you have been in touch with and how frustrating this must be for you.
