"They made me feel completely at ease"

About: Stirling Royal Infirmary / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment for the removal of a basal cell from my wrist. The nurse came for me after 5 minutes and took me through to the 'removal' room. The specialist nurse and the other nurse, made me feel completely at ease.

The procedure was completed and I was given instructions for my wound, and when to have my stitches removed.

I cannot think of any part of my visit that was unpleasant - everything was fine.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with the team in MInor Ops.

Coming into hospital for any procedure can be a very anxious time, and I am please that yours was a positive experience.

I hope your wound is healing well.
