I visited the clinic today for the first time. I was extremely nervous, especially being young. The sign in was digital so I didn't have to speak to anyone which made it a whole lot easier. The waiting room was quiet and a nice environment. Only a few minutes after signing in the nurse called me through. The nurse was very welcoming and friendly which put me at ease. They explained the confidentiality of the service which was important to me. After asking a few simple questions about my home life and my medical history we went through the different contraceptive options. In the end I went for the coc pill and they explained everything I needed to know. I will not be nervous for my next visit to get the repeat pill. Thank You to all the staff involved :)
