"Suite 4"

About: Thomas Linacre Outpatient Centre

I have been coming to suite 4 for several weeks due to gestational diabetes and all I can say is that the place is a joke.

There are heavily pregnant women there that are expected to sit on the most uncomfortable chairs for hours on end as there are always delays, I have never once been and been on time and my appointment times have varied, even first thing in a morning they run later.

There is no oganisation at all and when you ask the staff on the desk how long the wait is they dldont seemed to be bothered at all, not that I can really blame them as it's not their fault and they get the grief. I'll be happy when I no longer have to visit suite 4 I have never known anything like it it's a disgrace

We were sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with your visits to Suite 4 at the Thomas Linacre Centre. I will pass over your posting to the Division of Medicine under whom the Diabetes service falls and also to the Health Care Operations Manager to look how it may be possible to keep patients more informed about the running of the clinic. In respect of the seating we are sorry that you have found this uncomfortable, may I advise that as and when we carry out any future refurbishments or upgrades seating is one of the elements that is considered.

Kind regards
