What I liked

The staff are very cheerful and willing to answer any questions. It was no trouble to provide a cup of coffee and a sandwich after the surgery.I felt they are genuinely interested in my recoverery, a very nice team.

What could be improved

I was asked to be on the ward for 1pm, with a wait of 4 hours before my surgery I do think it would have been better to have more flexable times, maybe 3pm.
