About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

Waiting for an appointment for my wisdom tooth since March. I have called on numerous occasions to find out the status of the appointment. Phone staff have been rude each time.

So rude!!!

Please work on your customer service. It's appalling

We're sorry your experience of the hospital wasn't to the usual high standard we strive for on a daily basis.
