"No one answer the phone"

I called this morning to make an appointment. They then called me in work time (obviously I couldn't answer) and told me to come for an emergency appointment that same day and to call them back.

How can I contact them back if no one answers the phone?? I have rang 5 times so far and been waiting for someone to pick up for 5 minutes each time!!!!

I don't know now whether my original appointment is still valid as I got told to come in for an emergency open appointment.

Absolute joke!!

Never been to a doctor with this bad of a reception, I have only just moved to the area and are very disappointed!!
