"Awful experience"

My child attended CAMHS at which we had a very positive experience to start with from 2 excellent clinicians. We then get transferred to someone else who decided to ignore recommendations from previous reports, ask the same questions as had already been asked by others including them self only a couple of weeks previously and certainly not read all the information that had been passed. The member of staff then went on to question what the previous clinicians had told me. Totally unprofessional, no thoughts on how the child was feeling during the visits, nor the impact of other family members by the problems raised.
