"From A&E to the childrens ward"

I attended A&E with my son and we were promptly seen.

We were referred to the childrens ward where my son was admitted for 2 days.

The care my son received was exceptional and he was treated with dignity and with such kindness.

Although the ward was busy, nothing was too much trouble for all the staff who cared for him.

As parents we were treated with compassion and his management plan and treatment was explained every step of the way without medical jargon.

This certainly took away a little of the worry understanding what was involved throughout his time in hospital.

Massive thanks to all who was involved with my sons care.

It was a first class service.
