(as the patient),

I went upto the hospital as I thought I had a urine infection and I was pregnant. the doctor then never even done a urine sample just checked my tummy then gave me antibiotics. so my mum drove me to tesco pharmacy in the Falkirk retail Park to be told that I shouldn't of got they tablets as they weren't safe for me when I was pregnant.

My child could of died if I taken them without realising that I wasn't allowed them thankfully the pharmacist knew tho

I am so sorry to read about your experience. What a worrying time for you! It is great to hear that the Tesco Pharmacist was on the ball and I will hopefully be able to share my thanks with her.

I know you are understandably upset but I wondered if you would be able to give me some info around where and when you were seen so that I can ensure the relevant staff are made aware of the situation and that any necessary learning is undertaken. Hiya thank you so much. can't remember the doctors name but I know it was August 2015.i can't remember exactly the date or time I went and can't remember the doctors name . It was a male doctor.he looked roughly around his late 20s early 30s. He was a tall man with dark hair and had glasses.
