My 2 year old daughter required to be seen by the out of hours service based at pilgrim hospital due to a very bad cough/congestion. Our appt was at 9: 45pm but we arrived early at 9: 30 and waited 10minutes and was straight into our appt where we was seen by a friendly doctor who thoroughly reviewed my daughters sumptoms and reassured me she was fine. We was out by 9: 50
