"Worst hospital"

About: Homerton University Hospital / Gynaecology

They literally lose every referral, ultrasound referral I had an issue with twice. This has been the third time. Then after not getting in touch I have to chase them for an appointment. Gp asked for an urgent gyno appointment, had to chase them and go through multiple staff. I get there and the gyno didn't even want to do an exam. I urged them too and they told me the chronic pain I had was rather normal to experience during an exam. Umm no there is exam discomfort and then there is the reason I came there. For them to say what I was feeling was normal was ridiculous as how do they know what I'm feeling? I've been in debilitating pain for the last 5 months. Then it's been over a month and no letter to my Gp from the gyno yet and I cannot get a further referral or do anything else or take the medication they suggested till I get this. I've had to chase them for that too. I also deal with UCL and you really can't compare, homerton hospital is a mess and I hate having to do anything there but they are my go to place cause of my area. The care and organization is substandard.
