"back to basis"

I was in Bedford hospital for 8 days

the trained staff and some of the non trained staff treated you with respect but there was three care staff (non trained) who where very uncaring and very rough in the way they spoke to you (even reducing me to tears)

the equipment they had to take blood pressure was appalling it did not fit so they would physically hold it on to you with great pressure to you (your arm) or they would take the reading by the wrist

I felt very unsafe in hospital which is not a nice feeling to have
