"Excellent facilities"

This clinic is an outpatients clinic. The clinic has quite a few parking spaces at the front and side of the building and there is a wheelchair ramp into the main reception area.

The consulting rooms are on ground floor. The clinic is quiet, very clean and well lit.

There are a dozen or so chairs in the waiting area The receptionist and other support staff are courteous and polite. On both occasions that I attended, I didn't have to wait long to be seen. On the first occasion I had a hearing test and then had a short wait before seeing the consultant. All staff listened to what I said and were informative.

The consultant was very patient and easy to chat to about my condition. They answered my questions and gave easy to understand answers. Today I attended to discuss the results of other tests and again received the same courteous, friendly attitude that as before. Also in the waiting area there is coffee and tea available which you have to pay for. I don't know how much it is as I didn't have any. All in all I felt at ease and much more informed about my condition.
